My work allows me to interface and build relationships with women throughout the Chicago region who want to be in community and meaningfully give back. These women are philanthropists and leaders, catalyzing change by raising awareness of and investing in emerging needs of women and girls.  Whether at CFW or in my personal life, my work strives for community engagement, equity, growth and inclusion. I serve on the Advisory Board of Honey Pot Performance, an afro-diasporic creative collaborative community centered on feminist and fringe sensibilities. Most recently I served on the leadership team of ABOUT WOMEN, convHERsations by women, for women; and have worked at Changing Worlds, an educational arts nonprofit that integrates cultural, family and community histories with writing and the arts.
