Through CFW, I have learned that anyone can be a philanthropist. Nonprofit organizations, including Chicago Foundation for Women, would not be able to carry out their mission if it were not for the dollars. That reality inspired me to utilize my fundraising experience to volunteer with different nonprofit organizations. I am especially committed to organizations that are doing meaningful work in my community, Pilsen. At home and at work, I have the unique opportunity to make an impact.
